Invitation - The Rock Ranch Cross Country Race 2011
September 3, 2011
We need smiling faces willing to be on camera ...
Not planning a trip out of town this weekend? Need something fun to do with the family on Saturday?
Saturday, September 3, The Rock Ranch will host a day-long video shoot to prepare for an upcoming TV commercial. We will staff many of the attractions and we need smiling faces to come have fun on camera. All guests will be asked to sign waivers granting permission for The Rock Ranch to capture their image on video and use it in promotional materials (video, print and web).
We need families (moms, dads, children and grandparents) to enjoy time playing at The Rock Ranch and help us gather the needed video footage for our new commercial. If you would like to participate, please send us an e-mail request and we'll send you a confirmation (while space remains available). Please send an e-mail to email@example.com and answer the questions below.
Who will you be bringing if selected (names and ages) ?
Which time slot will you be able to attend 8 a.m. to noon, noon to 4 p.m., 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. or all day (or at least most of the day)?
We'll be shooting different shots at different attractions at different times during the day. All attractions will not be open all day, though there will be something to do at all times during the day. The schedule of the day depends on the camera crew. Activities include zip lines, Tiny Town, train rides, hay rides, paddle boats, pedal carts and more. There is no charge for this experience - enjoy The Rock Ranch attractions (even the zip lines) for free while we are shooting. Lunch will be provided. Visit www.therockranch.com for driving directions.
