Hard Friday Fight tonight. My legs are sore after the ten miles yesterday and the almost 3 this morning. But I fought through and got further than I thought I would.
Here is what my January calendar ended up looking like. That amounts to 203 miles, and about 222 minutes of Max 30 workouts. I'm seeing the changes, both on the scale and in the mirror, hopefully other people can too.
