Kelsey did this tonight on the magnadoodle in about 2 minutes. The only bad part is that her school does not offer art classes. As soon as I have a job and some of the bills paid down we will have to look into art classes of some type.

What talent...you're right...get her into art classes!
Wow she's really good! I had art classes in junior high... I learned how to draw a 3 demensional table. That talent has taken me far in life, as you can imagine. LOL I hope you find a GOOD art class for her, I see a future there!
I would pick up Drawing on the Right Side of the Brain and "how to draw Manga " (which seems to be her area of interest. I have very little formal art training (some in college, mostly what I had already figured out.)
You are better off getting her some good quality drawing paper and pencils and let her figure them out--she will get more out of it. There are also several good series out there on the elements of art--which is much better than "how to draw trees" or whatever she would get if her school did have art classes. :) Let her experiment with the materials, copy other art works, and see what she can do.

My son does the drawings, too. His school has a bunch of art electives though.
