This past weekend we spent the time in Iowa celebrating my grandparent's 70th wedding anniversary. On Saturday morning the kids and I had a little bit of down time, so we drove out to Amana to see what we could see.

 At the gem shop they had where you could buy a bag of mining sand and mine for gems or fossils. DJ got the fossil bag.

The river was way up.
