I've never heard it referred to as "the Evil Rat Place", but I'm thinking that titles is VERY appropriate! :) I ventured there once with high hopes...OMG...it was a ZOO! I love the first photo too. Such a cool shot of two pretty girls with their "teen faces" on. :)
Beautiful B&W conversions. I really love the raw look of the first shot with the beautiful girls. Great job!
