Reading Is Fundamental Reading Challenge 2009 please join my team, or start your own!

For the second year Reading Is Fundamental and US Airways have teamed up to sponsor a reading with kids challenge.

The challege is set to get adults and kids to read to eachother. RIF’s 2009 Read with Kids Challenge, aimed at bringing attention about the importance of adults reading with children. This year we raised our goal to 5 million minutes read with kids, over 3 months.

Reading Is Fundamental (RIF) and US Airways are working together to help children nationwide discover the joy of reading. April 1–June 30, adults are invited to join the 2009 Read with Kids Challenge and help collectively log 5 million minutes spent reading with kids.
