Totals for Day 3 of the Mamavation Two Week Challenge:
16,415 steps, 35 minutes of which were on the elliptical, 1.6 miles walking with the family, and six laps on our playground field with my students at recess.
25 minutes of weights, mostly on my arms, but a few shoulders thrown in. Curls, rows, pull downs etc.
I was worried earlier today that I wouldn't get my step count in because we had afterschool program, and then the PTO program. But I managed it! Each day is a little bit easier. :-)
