Today is day two of the Mamavation 2 Week Challenge over on Mamavation.com.
In order to keep myself accountable I am sharing each day what work out I did. So with no further ado:
Total Step Count for the day: 16,253. Which includes: walking around the field with my students during recess, walking/running (C25K style) around our block (1.6 miles) with DJ while he rode his bike, and 18 minutes on the elliptical at the gym.
Weight training at the gym including 3 sets of 12 of each of the following machines (if I only wrote one weight I stayed at that weight for all three sets, if I listed more than one then I moved up):
Fly 25 lbs
Incline Press 30lbs
Row 50, 55, 60 lbs
Leg Press, 100, 110, 120
Glute machine at weight 4, 5, and 6 (the actual weight numbers are worn off)
Leg extensions 35, 50, 65 lbs
Squat press two sets at 5 lbs, and one a 10
Cross punch 5, 5, 10
Upper Cut 5, 5, 10
Balance on one leg at a time row 5, 5, 10
Cable cross over 15, 20, 25
Rope pull down 15, 20, 25
Curls 5, 5, 10
Leg flex 35, 50 65 lbs
120 crunches
Chest press 30, 35, 40 lbs
Block punches 5, 5, 10
Leg lifts 5, 5, 10
Lat Pull Down 40, 45, 50
This is so not in the order that I usually do my work out in, it is just how I remembered them tonight, I left my notebook in the car where I am keeping track of my workouts, and don't feel like going out to get it. I am probably forgetting something too. Sigh.
