Motivation Monday and Insanity Max 30 Week Six Day 1

After a late night on Sunday I needed my Shakeology to get me moving Monday morning. I worked until after 10 on my ethics paper for my class, and just was struggling something fierce the next morning. Luckily my shake did the trick and got me through the rest of the day. 

Week 6 Cardio MAX, I went almost a full two minutes longer than last week! I am continuing to see the difference in the fit of my clothes and the way I look in the mirror. Next weigh in is after I get back from Arizona, so that may or may not be pretty. ;-)
