January 24, 2012 Ask President Obama how he plans to Give Kids Good Schools! President Obama will deliver his State of the Union address tonight at 9:00pm ET. During his speech, he will lay out his priorities for the upcoming year. After the speech, the president wants to hear from you! The White House is offering a number of ways to get involved in the discussion about this year's State of the Union. Make sure that the Administration knows that giving kids a quality public education that prepares them for college and a career is of vital importance to the American people. At 9:00pm ET you can watch the enhanced version of the speech with graphics, data and statistics at WhiteHouse.gov/SOTU. You can use the Twitter hashtag #SOTU to discuss the speech live. Immediately following the speech, pose your questions to a live panel at the White House. Senior advisors will answer your questions about the President's address submitted via twitter (use #WHChat & #SOTU), Facebook and an in-person audience of tweetup participants. On Friday, January 27 at 12:00 pm ET, Roberto Rodriguez, Special Assistant to the President for Education Policy, will be hosting Office Hours on Twitter. You can ask your question by using the hashtag #WHChat and follow the Q&A through the @WHLive twitter account. On Monday, January 30, President Obama will join the conversation in a special Google+ Hangout, a live multi-person video chat, from the White House.
