NASA STEM Day for teachers! I want to go! :-)

Oh I would love to be able to head to Charlotte NC for three days at the end of this month to attend this conference! Unfortunately I don't think we have the professional development money to pay for a sub, or for me to head up there, even if the conference itself is free. Sigh

However I strongly encourage all of my teacher friends that can attend to sign up!

NASA continues to blend Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) using education resources related to current and future missions. This is an opportunity to discover the learning potential in trying new approaches to the seemingly difficult or impossible.
The workshops will explore engineering design challenges, problem-based learning activities, distance-learning modules, inquiry-based lessons, and hands-on projects.
