#MAMAVATION #2weekchallenge Day 6 @mrbookieboo

This morning I slept in a lot later than I had planned, but when I got up I did my first full length Pat's Run training walk. 4.5 Miles around the "big block". It took me right at an hour to complete and it wouldn't have been that long, but I saw my friend Sharon and her husband Bruce out working in their yard so I stopped and talked with them for a couple of minutes.

This afternoon I completed another session of my 30 day shred Jillian Michaels video.

This evening we had the school Spring Fling so I got the rest of my steps in at that. Total Step Count for the day 15, 345.
