Meet my new friend @hillbilly3221 (click on his name to go to his twitter page).
His daughter Samantha is 8 years old and has Cystic Fibrosis. They have recently learned that her illness is progressing rapidly and the lower part of her right lung is not functioning well.
Their family has been going through a really rough time over the last couple of years. Both Billy and his wife have had some medical problems, and out of work.
Samantha is a huge race fan and was given tickets to the Daytona 500 in Daytona Beach Florida.
The problem is they do not have the money for the travel expenses that it will take for them to get there. Samantha has started her own fund to try and raise the money, but they need more help!
They are not asking for hand outs, they are asking to a hand up, to make Samantha's dream of attending the Daytona 500 come true.
